Memberships —
The Foundation

Our structured group curriculum takes students from their very first class through black belt — building skills, confidence, and situational awareness at every level. Classes run Monday through Saturday, morning and evening, so training fits your life rather than the other way around.

  • Beginner — Levels 1 & 2
Core strikes, movement, situational awareness, and essential defenses. Where every student starts and real confidence begins.
  • Intermediate — Levels 2 & 3
Dynamic scenarios, multiple-attacker defense, grappling fundamentals, and reflex training under increasing pressure.
  • Advanced — Levels 4 through 6
Weapons defense, high-pressure scenarios, and precision under stress. Training that demands everything you’ve built.

  • Ideal for students who want faster progression alongside group classes
  • Available for youth ages 10–13 who aren’t yet in group classes
  • Female instructor available upon request
  • Victims of violence — trauma-informed, supportive, confidential
  • New students who want a foundation before joining the floor

Training Format 03

Workshops — Deeper.
Harder. More Specific.

Workshops are focused training sessions for ETKM students that go far deeper than regular classes allow. Each one targets a specific area of real-world violence — drilling the principles and techniques across multiple angles, positions, and stress levels. This isn’t about collecting new techniques. It’s about owning the ones that matter.

Who Workshops Are For
Students at any level who want to go beyond the weekly schedule and develop real depth in a specific area. Whether you’re working on ground defense, weapons scenarios, or close-quarter fighting — workshops exist to pressure-test what you already know and build what you don’t.
How They Work
Each workshop runs as a standalone session focused on one subject area. Multi-session formats are available and can be combined for a full day of training. We keep group sizes intentionally small so every participant gets real instruction — not just observation.
