You’ll Know by the Time You Walk Out
Either this is your thing or it’s not. But everyone who’s come through that door says the same thing — I should have done this sooner.

Before You Come In

The Questions
Everyone Asks First.

What should I wear?
Comfortable athletic clothes — gym shorts, leggings, t-shirt, sports bra. A solid pair of athletic shoes with ankle support. Nothing special required. No uniform, no gear, no equipment to buy before your first class.
I’m not in shape. Is that okay?
Yes. Every drill is self-paced. You stop and rest whenever you need to. Krav Maga is designed to be trained by people at every fitness level — the conditioning comes from the training itself. You don’t need to be ready. You need to show up.
Will I be the only beginner?
Probably not — and even if you are, it doesn’t matter. Beginner classes are built for beginners. The atmosphere is supportive, never judgmental. Everyone in that room started exactly where you are right now.
What if I have an injury or limitation?
Tell us before class — in the form above or when you arrive. Our instructors modify drills around injuries constantly. A bad knee, a bad shoulder, a recent surgery — we’ve worked around all of it. The class adapts to you.
What happens after the free class?
An instructor will walk you through your options — membership tiers, schedules, private lessons if relevant. No high-pressure sales pitch. An honest conversation about whether this is the right fit for you and what makes the most sense for your goals.
How early should I arrive?
10–15 minutes early for your first visit. This gives us time to meet you, answer questions, show you around the facility, and get you set up before class starts. You won’t feel lost or rushed walking in for the first time.
“From the first time I visited, everyone was welcoming and the instructors did a great job of making me feel comfortable jumping right into a class — even though I had never been to anything like it before. After the first day I was hooked.”
