East Texas Krav Maga · Group Training

Recognize the problem. Train the solution.

Understand how violence develops. Recognize warning signs. Respond early. When prevention fails, train the skills to fight back and get home safe.

How it works

Every workshop follows one path

Awareness helps you avoid the fight. Training prepares you when you can’t.

  1. Recognize

    See how danger develops.

  2. Respond

    Deny the aggressor an advantage.

  3. Train

    Build skills when prevention fails.

Where it starts

Knowing is not the same as doing.

People can know they should maintain distance, defend themselves, or get away without being able to do those things when someone resists.

  • After an evening serviceA member notices someone waiting near parked vehicles and repeatedly watching people leave.
  • Closing time at workAn employee preparing to close notices a patron lingering near an exit and watching employee movements.
  • The walk back to the residence hallA student approaches a stairwell and notices someone lingering near the only visible exit.

Knowing what to do and being able to do it under pressure are different skills. That’s why we train.

Built around your group

One program. Built for your people.

About 80 percent of every workshop is the same proven system. The other 20 percent is built around your group: your language, your places, your people’s ages and goals. We handle the curriculum, training equipment, event materials, and follow-up resources.

What organizers ask

Straight answers on who can take part, group size, where it happens, and what one workshop does.

Plan Your Group’s Workshop
Do our people need experience or to be in shape?

No. Dress for comfortable movement. All drills are supervised and can be adapted to participant ability.

We scale intensity to age, ability, and experience, explain stop signals and contact limits first, and anyone can choose to observe instead of taking part.

How big can our group be?

The 45-minute Awareness & Action session works for up to 50 people. The hands-on options are built for up to 20 at a time.

We never stretch a hands-on workshop into an unsafe larger class. For bigger groups we add staff, add sessions, or adjust the scope.

Do you come to us?

Yes. Your organization invites its members and provides the space. We bring the curriculum, instruction, equipment, promotional materials, and participant resources.

Will one workshop make our people ready?

A workshop introduces useful concepts and physical skills. It does not make anyone fully prepared after one visit. Lasting skill comes from regular practice, progressive resistance, feedback, and realistic scenarios.

What your people can say when they leave: “I understand the problem. I’ve practiced some solutions. I know what I need to work on next.”
