TrainingOptions
Three training formats and twelve workshop subjects — each one designed to make you more capable in a specific area of real-world self-protection.
Testing
ETKM Level Testing measures your proficiency at your current level of training to determine readiness to advance. Tests typically run three hours and cover the full scope of your level’s curriculum.
Workshops
Two- to three-hour deep-dive sessions categorized into specific areas of training and further broken down for proficiency. Where regular classes introduce — workshops pressure-test.
Seminars
Focused training events covering specialized areas of self-defense — Women’s Self-Defense, Law Enforcement Training, and guest instructor sessions from outside the ETKM system.
It’s not about collecting techniques. It’s about drilling the ones you know in different areas of pressure and stress.
